These solid shelves are convenient for storing loose items that may slip through the cracks of wire shelves and are great for helping prevent leaking packages from contaminating products on lower shelves. Each solid stainless steel shelf is corrosion resistant, easy to clean, and can hold up to 700 lb. of evenly distributed weight. For even more storage needs, this baker's rack includes (1) 18" x 36" NSF chrome wire shelf, perfect for storing mixing bowls, disposable paper products, or cleaning supplies. This commercial-grade wire shelf is constructed of durable chrome-plated metal with a clear epoxy coating for maximum longevity. Its wire design ensures ample airflow around products while keeping the area well ventilated for long-term storage and can withstand up to 600 lb. of evenly distributed weight. This Regency baker's rack does not only make a great storage solution, but also makes a versatile work station, with (1) included 18" x 36" x 1/2" hardwood cutting board insert, making it ideal for a variety of tasks, including chopping vegetables and fruits, prepping batters, and providing your staff with additional workspace. <br> <br>For additional overhead storage, (1) 12" x 36" chrome wire cantilever shelf is included, which can accommodate up to 150 lb. of weight, making it great for storing paper products, linens, cooking utensils, and spices. It features a retaining ledge around the perimeter to prevent its contents from sliding off. For even more space efficiency, this baker's rack includes (1) 18" chrome hanger rail and (6) 2 1/4" x 3 1/2" large chrome snap-on j-hooks that are fully adjustable to accommodate textiles, pots, pans, and serving utensils, creating an overhead storage solution without drilling into the wall. Assembly is made quick and easy by utilizing the included split sleeves per shelf and the (2) 34" NSF chrome posts and (2) 64" NSF chrome posts included in this kit. Simply snap the two sides of the sleeve together at one of the incrementally spaced notches and slide the corner ring of the shelf over the sleeve.
