GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Traffic signals were out at busy intersections in Greensboro. According to the Greensboro Police Department, a power outage in the area of Guilford College Road impacted traffic signals around West Wendover Avenue and Guilford College Rd near Interstate 40. Police say power was restored just before 10 a.m.
