Why The Keep Warm Function Do Not Work In My Tea Kettle?
- The water in the kettle will keep boiling when it exceed 205°F, and will boil away soon, it may cause potential dangerous situations if no one is around. To avoid this happen, the highest temperature available for keep warm is 205°F.
- For Safety Reasons, KEEP WARM Function Will Be Disbaled When the Temperature is Over 200°F, nothing will happen if you press keep warm button when the water is over 205°F.
- If the water has been boiled over 205°F, the keep warm function will be reactivated after it cooled off or refilled with unboiled water.

- Why the keep warm function do not work when I chose BOIL program.
The Boil program will heat the water to 212° Fahrenheit, and the water will keep boiling, the keep warm function will last up to 2 hours, in this program, the water may boil away completely if no one is around, to deactivate it, is to make sure no risk will happen in this mode.
