BOXES ARE NUMBERED ACCORDING TO DAY OF THE MONTH The 5 weekly pill boxes are each numbered to correspond with the day of the month and there are 4 spots for either extra days of medications or for those pills you take occasionally. The individual boxes are numbered as: Box 1 numbered 1-7, Box 2 numbered 8-14, Box 3 numbered 15-21, Box 4 numbered 22-28 and Box 5 is numbered 29-31 and also has 4 compartments labeled with EXTRA
