There are motion detection, collision detection mode, low bitrate recording to choose from. The low bitrate recording will keep constant recording at 720P 15FPS when we turn off the car. It can ensure that the dash cam will record the whole process of the event when the car is parked. The collision will be triggered by the collision, if the dash cam does not detect any collision, it will automatically turn off. When it detects the hit, it will auto boot the dash cam and start recording.
Thus, it will not draw too much power from the car battery. The motion detection will be triggered by the moving objectives in front of the camera.
