However, I had a mission every morning - chase my 5 year-old son to drink water. Because of my Ataxia issue and the problem with coordination by the time I reached him, the water had already spilled, so it became mission impossible. I gave up.  When I got this little tool from (under $20), the first time I used it I was amazed how much it could help (see the video review). I don't know how it works scientifically, but it helps me from spilling the water, making a mess, and most important, I could bring my son water without worry.  I love the Spill Not.
