New, I have not been able to find on Rachael Ray’s site anywhere where she sells this. My guess is she had it a special batch of these knives made for some sort of event. This particular Damascus blade has 24 layers of steel you won’t find any better, I couldn’t find one on I couldn’t find any anywhere so this is one rare puppy. I did find regular Japanese Damascus chefs knives and they usually range around $115-$125. Being a signature series Rachael Ray this one might be worth $150. And oh yes, it’s sharp.
