Our Sacksy Microwavable Neck Wrap helps alleviate stiff neck and shoulder tension naturally by providing the perfect balance of moist heat. Thoughtfully designed to give you the option of either a fleece or cotton side, and made with eight heat emitting chambers to keep the filler in place. Retains heat for up to 20-30 minutes, which is the recommended timeframe for hot and cold therapy.  Perfect for those looking to release neck and shoulder tension from text neck or a long day at the office.  Directions- Heat for 2 minutes, flipping halfway through. Depending on microwave strength, you may need more or less heating time. If needed, heat for another 30 seconds in 15-second increments.  Do not exceed 2 1/2 minutes of heat time per use.  Make sure the neck wrap is completely cool to the touch before reheating for another use.  Always spot check for temperature before using.   Available in: Flaxseed Only - which is unscented, no essential oils or herbs are added Lavender & Flaxseed - for a soothing aromatherapy effect  If you're looking for an enhanced aromatherapy effect, just place a few drops of your favorite essential oil onto the heating pad prior to microwaving, or try our Aromatherapy Mist Spray.
