Mochaware mixing bowl with earthworm designs on a grey background. This bowl displays well but does have an internal hairline on the base that doesn’t touch any edges. It’s totally sound and the bowl rings like a bell. When we got the bowl it did have some wax in the base covering the crows foot line, so there is a little residue from that. There is also some wear in a few spots around the rim. A good large size measuring 4” tall by 8 1/2” in diameter and dates circa 1820. The hairline could certainly be cleaned to be less noticeable or just left alone.
