This allows you to use less coffee to water because extractions are more efficient. The brewer is also super easy to use! The brewer includes 100 paper filters and black plastic travel case. We like to use 1:20 coffee to water ratio. We recommend using 20 grams of medium to fine ground coffee. Bring your water to a boil. Pour 60-70 grams over the disperse screen & wait 60 seconds (agitate gently at this time). Pour the remainder of your water, 330-340 grams, making at total 400 grams of water to 20 grams of coffee. This should take 5-7 min total time and now you are ready to enjoy a delicious.
