The Mineral B Fry Pan is made of carbon steel: 99% iron and 1% carbon, the most natural cooking material. This pan is handmade in France, and has a signature beeswax coating to protect against oxidation. The traditional French handle has epoxy coating. The pan requires seasoning and should be hand washed without harsh soaps or materials that will strip the seasoning.
