The Mini0801 offers everything a driver would need in a dashboard video camera. Most importantly, video quality is top notch at 1080p Full High Definition. Optionally, the Mini0801 can also log GPS data, to keep record of your speed and position at all times in case that information is ever in doubt. Of course, this model features the standard compliment of dashcam functions as well: motion detection, G-sensor, loop recording, etc, all in an amazingly tiny package. The windshield mount of the Mini0801 is pretty clever; on the GPS-enabled model (select the option below), it is actually the GPS antenna! The tiny antenna uses a high-quality adhesive pad to attach to your windshield. The mounting ring on the Mini0801 itself actually rotates, so the dashcam can be pointed at the correct angle no matter the slant of your windshield. It is obvious plenty of consideration went in to the design of this dashcam. The Mini0801 dashcam even has a screen for you to configure the settings or view your videos during playback. But the design is still kept simple; not too many buttons to confuse you or complicate operation. There is a power button on the side, and only 3 buttons on the rear of the camera. There are actually two USB ports on the Mini0801, one on the body of the camera itself, and one on the GPS antenna. Either port may be used to power the dashcam, leaving you some options as far as how you would like to route your wiring. This model also features HDMI-out.
