Budding Naturalists® Nature Journaling Explorer Kit (Ages 6 and Up)

Developed by educators at Acorn Naturalists, this Budding Naturalist® Adventure Kit is designed to encourage individual interest in science and nature explorations. These kits do not require any formal training and are based on inquiry-learning methods as found in the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). A perfect way to bring science into the home in an effective and meaningful way, either for families or for schools or nature centers sent to students for distance learning. The Nature Journaling Explorer Kit launches a new world of artistic inspiration for children ages 6 and up. This kit includes 3 copies of Journeys through Journaling® (a 32-page personal field journal); the book Curious Nature Guide; a basic sketching kit, and a watercolor pencil kit.
