2 Brewing Recipes for Hario Immersion Dripper Switch - Kurasu

Hi everyone! In our latest episode, our head barista Tsubasa walks you through the unique features of Hario Immersion Dripper Switch along with two recipes. Let me quickly recap the features of this unique dripper and its brewing methods. Immersion method When the switch of the dripper is up, it holds the content inside. You can immerse coffee grounds in water to extract the flavours. Examples of this method are Siphon and French Press.  Filter Method When the switch is pushed down, the dripper lets hot water poured over the coffee bed to run down into the server below.  This way, the dripper can be used for a regular pour-over.  Things you need - Hario Immersion Dripper Siwtch - Paper filter: ABACA filter (or a filter you have at home will do its job!) - Coffee: 10g/filter grind - Hot water.
