Antique Butter Mold Box with Dovetailed Corners and Latches There are 4 designs for the butter pats – three of them are starburst. The box is 5 ½” by 6” (by 2 ¼” deep). A user would lift the two latches and loosen the mold (as shown in one of the pictures). The screws and latches are sturdy; the wood frame has one small chip of wood missing. The wood has some discoloration from use. Because antiques may lose value if cleaned up, I haven’t restored it. A new owner could do so to
